Forgotten password
Use the password reset flow — follow the email instructions and choose a new unique password. Check spam if you don't see the email.
2FA problems
- Sync phone time for TOTP apps (accurate time matters).
- Use saved backup codes if you stored them at setup.
- Contact the platform for identity verification if locked out.
Browser & session issues
Clear cache, disable interfering extensions, or try an incognito window. If a session seems compromised, revoke active sessions in settings.
